I was disappointed when the hot tub was closed for repairs since it was the main reason for our stay. The lack of pool towels made it worse as we had to go back to our room wet and cold. Additionally, the shower water quickly turned ice cold, leaving us shivering until the room heated up.

Can't recommend highly enough for a weekend getaway.

Clean room, friendly staff, great amenities, including a well-equipped gym and quick checking access, made our stay enjoyable and convenient, especially being only 44 km from the nearest airport.

For us it was ideal.

Can we talk about the amazing culinary scene nearby? Birchwood Grill is a gem for local eats! I've tried their fire-grilled favorites and man, are they delish! Also, the hotel’s free breakfast buffet opens up early—perfect for fueling a day of exploration. Plus, the room was super neat and had a spacious vibe, just what I love after a long day.

We loved the spacious room with thick, white blankets and a red hideaway sofa, perfect for our family. The continental breakfast was a hit, especially the fresh waffles. The location was great, just a short 10-minute drive to Lake Michigan, making it easy for our day trips to the beach. Plus, being close to the highway facilitated our travels between Wilmot Mountain Ski Resort and town.

We had a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, and it was spacious and clean! Love the thick, white blankets. The red hideaway sofa was a nice touch. The pool and fitness room were awesome too. Breakfast was pretty solid, which was a nice start to the day.

The indoor swimming pool area was spacious and well-kept. I appreciated the variety of options during breakfast, particularly the waffle choices. Laundry service was convenient too, making our stay even smoother.

The coffee served was a bit on the weaker side for my taste. also, the pet fee felt steep.
